Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped your tracking number will be sent to the email address included on your order. Remember to check your spam folder and be sure to email Team TPD at: hello@thedailypretty.com if you don't receive your tracking number.

Shipping rates

All orders are shipped via Parcel Post. Domestic Australian rates are $9.95 flat for standard shipping and $12.95 flat for express shipping. International rates are calculated at checkout when your address is verified and shipping zone calculated. We offer Domestic Australian, New Zealand and International shipping with both standard and express options.

Custom charges

We do our very best to ensure there are no custom or import charges but if they do apply payment is the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect shipping details

Please contact Team TDP a-sap if you have entered incorrect shipping details. If your purchase happens to be returned to TDP HQ, you will be required to pay for the additional shipping.
