Are you constantly looking forward at what’s next?🙋🏼‍♀️We all do it so you are not alone GF! But sometimes it does not serve us. This is where reflection comes in & the very first step I take when goal setting & planning⚡️Clarity also often comes from reflection & the goals you set are going to be relevant to YOU & completely different for everyone depending on what season you are in, where you are at & what has come out of your reflection & that is the beauty of it!✨I dive into the detail of this & much more in the latest ep of #bethegirl ladies💪🏼

It’s the end of the week which means the perfect time for some reflection on how your week went & a quick goal check in ladies!⚡️ . In the latest episode I talk all about realistic, sustainable goal setting planning it out, & putting it into action. So I'm staying accountable & updating you on how I went this week with the two things I mentioned as examples that are part of my goals: 1. Move movement, more regularly - excited to say this went to plan this week, with a beach walk & a walk/run/walk sweat sesh. I've started small, will build on this next week & remind myself its more than what I did the week before! 2. Development: I set out to do 2 x sessions on the first course I have picked out to do in the Entrepreneurship bundle, but alas this has not YET happened! It's cool though, I have decided to do just 1 session over the weekend, so didnt quite hit the mark with this one but its ok - checking in on progress means I acknowledge it & will make it part of my weekend plans. . Good morning #bethegirl squad✨I was unsure whether to share today's episode as originally planned with the unimaginable battle our country is currently facing💚💛I recorded this with the sole purpose to share how I get focused, motivated, clear & set my goals & aspirations for a new year. I decided to still publish it as planned, in the hope that this will bring some positivity but by no means to take away from what we, as a nation need to be focusing on - helping each other.
