This was a WIP photo but now our 2020 mood board is done😍The final step in @hayleytdp goal setting & planning is creating a moodboard✨Highly recommend it, particularly if you are a visual person & it is the perfect item to compliment your work space🌈Quick tip with moodboarding (especially if it is your first one) keep it simple! Collect items that align with your values, goals, what appeals to you visually, colours that inspire you & words & phrases that light you up. Are you constantly looking forward at what’s next?🙋🏼‍♀️We all do it so you are not alone GF! But sometimes it does not serve us. This is where reflection comes in & the very first step I take when goal setting & planning⚡️Clarity also often comes from reflection & the goals you set are going to be relevant to YOU & completely different for everyone depending on what season you are in, where you are at & what has come out of your reflection & that is the beauty of it!✨I dive into the detail of this & much more in the latest ep of #bethegirl ladies💪🏼

It’s the end of the week which means the perfect time for some reflection on how your week went & a quick goal check in ladies!⚡️ . In the latest episode I talk all about realistic, sustainable goal setting planning it out, & putting it into action. So I'm staying accountable & updating you on how I went this week with the two things I mentioned as examples that are part of my goals: 1. Move movement, more regularly - excited to say this went to plan this week, with a beach walk & a walk/run/walk sweat sesh. I've started small, will build on this next week & remind myself its more than what I did the week before! 2. Development: I set out to do 2 x sessions on the first course I have picked out to do in the Entrepreneurship bundle, but alas this has not YET happened! It's cool though, I have decided to do just 1 session over the weekend, so didnt quite hit the mark with this one but its ok - checking in on progress means I acknowledge it & will make it part of my weekend plans. .
