#TDPGIRLTALK with Emma Claiir

Oh hey Emma, welcome to #tdpgirltalk! Let’s get straight into it…

Who is Emma Claiir?
Emma Claiir is someone who has gone through so many life experiences to get to where she is now. I have spent a bit chunk of my life figuring out who I am and what I wanted to be. Doing what society told me I should be doing. Putting so much pressure on myself to be earning a full time wage and putting my happiness to the side before I finally had enough and reached my lowest point. January 2019 was the month where I finally put myself first, took some risk and started my own online community where I help people realise their worth, push them to step outside their comfort zone and showing them that life isn’t meant to be easy and there will always be hard times… but it’s how you deal with these situations and push through that matter. I want women to know that they can literally do anything they want if they just try, put their mind to it and block out all the hate and the worry.

What was your biggest lesson learnt  in the last year?
My biggest lesson learnt in 2019 was definitely to stop caring what other people think. I would always put my passions and beliefs to the side because I was always so scared of what people thought but since overcoming this and putting myself first I have achieved so many things in such a small amount of time. Everyone needs to realise just how powerful they can be if they just do what they want to do.

What do you have planned for 2020 and what is in the works for you this year?
2020 has a lot install for me starting with my wedding! This is going to be such a big part of my year and I can’t wait to marry my beautiful partner! Work wise I have a lot coming up! I’m actually starting my own personal podcast which is super exciting for me and I can’t wait to see where this will go. One thing I’m focusing on this year is having plans and dreams but also going with the flow a little bit and seeing what happens. I’m a big believer that the right opportunities will find their way to you and because this year is so busy and crazy already with a lot of planned work things as well as a lot of personal things I want to make sure I’m not putting too much pressure on myself 🙂

I feel empowered when…
I’m helping people. I make sure online that I stay very true to myself and talk about the good and the bad times. I want to be as relatable as I can for all the amazing women out there. I receive a lot of messages from women saying how much I have helped them with their mindset or through a bad time and that is honestly when I feel the most empowered.

Thanks so much for chatting with us Emma! Follow Em on Instagram here babes.
