We spoke with founder Casey Hurst to get all the deets on her unique business where customers come first!

Hi Casey, thank you for joining us to tell us all about Miss Fizz, what’s on offer and why it’s the perfect addition to any event.

Tell us all about Miss Fizz and what is on offer?
Miss Fizz is a mobile Prosecco Bar, we serve a choice of 2 local very different Proseccos, 6ft6 and Cat out of the bag. We have a whole menu dedicated to Spritzs and we also offer fun styling extras like Prosecco Towers and Pong. Miss Fizz is run by Casey who has an extensive background in Hospitality and Events along with the help of her family on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Do you specialise in specifics event or can you cater for most?
We love Weddings and have put together some Wedding Packages to suit all styles and Budgets including a BYO option. We have also put together a choice of 2 Soiree Packages which includes some styling to make things even easier, these are perfect for Bridal Showers or just a Girly Get Together. We have also teamed up with a local pop up picnic business, if you are after the full experience it is the perfect match.

Why should Miss Fizz be at our next event or party?
We know how to party! We are only 8ft so we can pop up just about anywhere and totally self-sufficient you won’t need to worry about a thing. All of our products are of the highest quality, we are ecofriendly and a plastic free zone.

What geographical areas do you cover?
Miss Fizz is based on the Bellarine Peninsula, we can travel all across Melbourne and Victoria, we love a good road trip and can’t wait to pop up all over the state.

Favourite spritz on the menu?
Our Spritzs are a selection of Australia’s best gins mixed with Capi Soda Water, I love them all and just depends on what the vibe is but my go to would be the “Bellarine Spritz” It’s made with Teddy and Fox Gin which is just made down the road and you can’t go wrong with this one, especially for those new to Gin.

We love your brand and vibe, what was the inspiration behind it?
Well we obviously love the colour pink! Prosecco is such a celebratory drink and we wanted to bring a bit of fun and uniqueness to the caravan bar scene. We will also be putting together Events so people can experience Miss Fizz without having to book a function, our first event “Winter Solstice by Miss Fizz” will be held at the stunning Rusty Gate Weddings in Curlewis on June 22nd, the ticket includes 3 hours of free flowing prosecco, flower crown workshops, entertainment and grazing.
